We have recently introduced a policy where iFunding invests its own money in every deal (previously, many, though not all deals included iFunding’s own investment).

This is a fairly safe way to be introduced to the real estate investment business and to learn from other people's mistakes.  

My husband actually introduced me to the Bigger Pockets community and I am excited to get involved.

So i have been a long time lurker on the forum and felt its finally time to introduce myself to everyone.My name is Nick Capriotti currently living in Nassau County on Long island.

First, I'd like to introduce myself to the community, and thank any and all who are able to provide guidance.
