Professionals with decades of experience and very impressive track records do all the heavy lifting for you.

Having all of the contractors on site at once gives me the contractor the impression that price is the only thing that matters to you and a good contractor does not like to fell like they are competing solely based on price.

We will be entering the commercial market and are searching for an organization that will have the experience to lead this shift.I am interested in Maui Mastermind and I am absolutely baffled that when searched on here, there are no posts, no blogs, and only three members who reference them in their profiles.

(Its not as impressive as it sounds, everyone in the DC area personally knows multiple elected officials and staff members that work for them)

Had to review your profile to understand the context of PML is Buy and Hold and not flipping. 

The urge to impress others is way too strong for most people.
