I was wondering if anyone else is having problems with the BP app crashing on their iPhone today?

great post as I just started to use it( or I should say I downloaded it) as another investor friend showed me how it automated his entire business.

Put on your reading face and start with everything in the HOW TO GUIDES.Once you through those then start downloading and listening to the Podcasts.There is a local meetup that doesn't cost anything. 

Podcast 16's download link seems to be broken.

With their latest updated, I'm back to a manual download of data for 10+ accounts for the past 3 months.

You could download it on Limewire, for free.

For example here in Denver you can go to Dora and download the same forms that your Real Estate agent would use.I would suggest looking these over to get a good idea of what the contracts look like.good luck.Henner

I can't download the software and I have been using web-based OneNote, but it is not as efficient as installed program.Any thoughts? 

Pulling the numbers by hand from Zillow/other sources (FSBO's, don't forget "Make Me Move"), or pulling the data with Spokeo/Intellius/Google unless your MLS gives you seller contact info for expireds (AZ does sometimes, or you can hunt it down in tax or county records).We use Mojo, and download our Expired data from Zapier every morning.

I downloaded a number of JV templates from the Interwebs and it seems like they all specify a new entity.
