So...What About Contracts?

Newbie, who’s ready to jump headfirst into R.E.I. I went to my first meeting for this investing club in my area and for the past 2 months or so I’ve been reading and searching on the web for everything on investing. I’ve learned the 5 exit strategies, and how to market to practically anyone, I’ve just got one problem; CONTRACTS! I just wanted to know if anyone knows of some basic contracts or a website that offers contracts that are investor friendly.
