Hey @Dutch Mendenhall,I responded to an older post earlier this afternoon, but found this one, noticed you had been more recently active in it, and wanted to reach out here as well in the hopes that we can get this resolved ASAP.My IC Membership refund was approved 2/13/24, and was advised 2/19/24 that it would be processed that coming Friday (2/23/24).

@Ashish Acharya and @Dmitriy Fomichenko  thanks for the responses.Currently, we are using the schedule C plan to fund the solo 401k, however, income on Schedule C gets taxed as ordinary income, which is a huge hit.Follow my thought process here for a moment:I form a separate LLC taxed as an S-Corp, lets call it XYZ.
