Hey @Dutch Mendenhall,I responded to an older post earlier this afternoon, but found this one, noticed you had been more recently active in it, and wanted to reach out here as well in the hopes that we can get this resolved ASAP.My IC Membership refund was approved 2/13/24, and was advised 2/19/24 that it would be processed that coming Friday (2/23/24).

@Ashish Acharya and @Dmitriy Fomichenko  thanks for the responses.Currently, we are using the schedule C plan to fund the solo 401k, however, income on Schedule C gets taxed as ordinary income, which is a huge hit.Follow my thought process here for a moment:I form a separate LLC taxed as an S-Corp, lets call it XYZ. 

Is there a difference in rates or process?  

Reasons being: they have Native English since most grew up in the US, they have a better sales/hustle culture, there is a huge call center industry there you can recruit from.

Through that process he held off on filling the units.

I thought you were talking about a huge 12 bedroom house or something, that would be a hard no!

While not a huge number, it may be a too distressed market because of the perceived infrastructure issues.Thanks,Rob Williford

That's a pretty sizable chunk of money, so my partner and I are trying to think through the best way to structure the selling process, and I'm wondering what you'd do in my shoes.

During that call ask them what would be the best process to follow when you get a property under contract to send them the earnest money deposit and paperwork.
