You are right - there are so many of us here trying to figure out the way banks work from the inside.I have a few questions:a) If someone cannot go conventional, due to BK or foreclosure in the past, is it possible to get a commercial loan on a multi family, less than 5 units?

It's scheduled to go to foreclosure auction next Tuesday.

Florida foreclosure auctions require the 5% to be in their online bidding account prior to the bid, and the balance by the end of the day, or in some counties by 2:00pm the next day.

Some redeemed, what phase of redemption foreclosure, bankruptcy... you get the idea. 

Things like Foreclosure rates, Increases or decreases in property values and sales, or home availability.  

Hey all- I've been mailing these lists for the last year, but looking for new provider.What are the best prices you've seen for 60,90 day late/pre foreclosure lists?

If it's just in the foreclosure process, the majority of short sales occur while the property is being foreclosed on.  

There are programs online that can streamline the process of finding homes in foreclosure.

It will show most of the foreclosure auction properties, and everything else that was actually recorded through the county.
