I became an investor before I became an agent, and it was extremely apparent that many agents don't really have a solid grasp of how investors make decisions.  

At this point I was extremely excited to jump right in but at the time the market was moving very fast.

You have to micro-manage every little details in every step of the process and it is extremely frustrating and annoying.

From other postings, it seems that using a Home (or other) Line of Credit is an extremely popular way of coming up with the deposit needed to keep investing.

The credit score is extremely important as a summery of the report and indicates the likely hood a individual will default on future payments based on their past history (report).

He's extremely fair and knowledgeable.

It is extremely hard to make money in real estate when you don't already have money.... that is just a very unfortunate fact about RE....

RE investing is an exciting, and sometimes stressful world, but it can be extremely rewarding if you do it right.
