You want to make sure you have excellent beds and nice sheets and towels as well as a well equipped kitchen.

Since you have close to zero debt and an excellent credit score, I'd highly recommend an FHA loan for low down payment options.

The good news is your liability in real estate syndication is limited.

Looking at the ones we write in CT I found that often there were mulitple companies used for the Liability, Workers Comp, and enviromental coverage.Thanks John, excellent suggestions.
