Email will suffice;  Often, it is a more succinct way to communicate.I think you might send the realtor an email, asking why there haven't been any showings.

So I simply forwarded a few copies of E mails I got from NON licensed wholesalers.. these are marketing pieces exactly how U would send them out to other agents.. picture of house description sq foot.. price to buy it and contact info. 

The counter was in the form of email forwarded from the seller's realtor to mine.
