I've been developing cell towers for the major wireless carriers for a number of years and I was just curious to see how many BP members there were with leases on their properties? 

I am an engineering manager for a 25+ member team that designs and develops industrial automated leak and function test equipment.

We did negotiated work which means little to no competition and we protected those relationships.Each of them had employees on staff or architect relationships that helped them develop budgets before bringing us on board.

Its good to start and build up some capital but if you are going to be doing this full time you will want to develop relationships with contractors/electricians/plumbers.I usually do the big stuff my self electric/plumbing/hvac and leave the labor intensive stuff to others carpentry/drywall.  

I think it's on the cutting edge and maybe you command slightly higher rents because the tenants appreciate that concept.Sorry to hear your unit developed a leak, but that's a great idea on how to monitor usage and catch a leak!

not really because the brain isn't fully developed until around 21, some take a bit longer, just a fact! 

You should admit to her that what you are offering is much the same as if you were a developer yourself, but you are giving her the time necessary to conclude her own desired moving arrangements.

From the sound of things so far you've got a good candidate for the next burning man festival (ha ha) - beyond that, development options are going got be sparse.
