I have been doing some research, and it seems that if the tenant asks for their rent due date to be changed to coincide with the day they should receive their disability check, then that's considered "reasonable accommodation" under the Fair Housing Act.A judge may consider that PM did not give "reasonable accommodation" to tenant if it went to court.

While I was readings these replies about 5 more questions popped into my head, thinking about what  @Jordan Williamson said about making sure you get a good deal instead of looking at the lower my expenses aspect and it rang a bell, I was definitely looking at this the wrong way, This would be my first investment property and I don't want to regret it, the more I analyze this without living in it, the worse it looks, but when I see the lower my expense aspect when living in one side it appears great.

@Karen MargraveIt appears to be a moot point, if you click on the Part-time / Full-time investor radio buttons even once, then you profile shows you as an investor regardless of any other selection you might make afterward.How do I get back in my profile where it listed me as a multi-family investor / landlord and listed the locales where we operate?
