Running into DTI issues. Anyone have a good portfolio lender in Southwest Florida? (Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Naples, Punta Gorda etc) I am willing to drive a bit if necessary.

SanCap bank. They are conservative in LTV but will to go outside of the box. 2 of the SWFL REIA members have a large number of investor loans with them
