Sometimes if if we get a great deal we will close on it ourselves then move to the next step.

Only advice I can give you is make sure you experience an AZ Summer before you move here.

if you have another investment opportunity ahead then why not cut your losses, sell for what you can and move on to the next opportunity?

was thinking of letting them know I leg rent more than a certain amount here in California unless that person decided to move out and one of their other not on the contract tenants signed a new lease at the higher rate?
