Vacant Land Flip Dispo
Hello, I have transitioned from buying 1-4 families to doing vacant land. I am able to lock up contracts but am struggling with the dispo. I target realtors who have new construction listings and also target new home builders as end buyers. I tried using fb groups but they don't seem very effective. I am generating leads nationwide and live in Texas. Does anyone have any suggestions or strategies for how to sell some of these. Thank you in advance.
