Hi all 👋

I'm looking to purchase my very first investment property in Maricopa County, AZ. Despite living on the East Coast, I did Rental Arbitrage in Tempe, AZ virtually. I visited Arizona for the 1st time back in January 2023 & fell in love. I would love to connect with realtors & discuss local market knowledge, recommendations & overall support.
