I would like to be bi-coastal and live with my brother in LA.

I'm a new Fix and Flip investor here in Sacramento and am looking to do my first deal with my brother soon. 

My family still lives in Hopkinsville, in fact my brother lives on just off Pembroke Road! 

,I understand you are a renter taking up for another renter who is good, but no one is stepping on the rights of a renter, but the new owner can keep the tenant or file for eviction and a good chance if the new owner read the lease the old landlord could have an escape clause in the lease.

My brother and step-father are former Navy men.  

There's another place called Plastic Jungle where my brother has purchased cards, but I have not.

Funny to say we were trying to escape city every time we had a chance, go to NJ do pick-you-own fruits and vegetables from farm and go to local beer brewery for round of samples. :) Princeton, NJ is our favorite spot. 

With all the questions I have accumulated over the years, many of those questions were answered after watching all of Brandon's YouTube videos; thus landing me here.I am currently in the Education Field (Dean of a CPS Elementary School), but I have reached the boiling point of wanting to have a fulfilling and happy career (thanks Dave Ramsey, Property Brothers, Scott Mcgillivray and Mike Holmes)!

I inherited this problem, it just is not so easy to increase the rents that much with these tenants-again the emotional ties with my parents and my brother who set them.
