Hey Bigger Pockets community! I'm not really good at this "introducing myself thing" but here goes. I'm glad to be apart of this awesome community. I'm a new Fix and Flip investor here in Sacramento and am looking to do my first deal with my brother soon. I don't know a lot of people who are trying to do this kind of thing and I am hoping that through bigger pockets, I will meet like minded people in my area.
