Looking to see if anyone has done a flip on a house while living with a child? My child will be about 2 years old while this will be going on so I am looking to see what peoples thoughts will be and if anyone has done...

I bought them, baby sat them for years and years.

I have a tenant that just notified me today that they have caught 2 mice and supposedly have seen baby mice today.  

Clothes for the new baby coming (she is 6 months pregnant, due in December with our first child,) and really enjoys shopping.

We thought the baby had farted or something.

However, with that said, I have seen properties in Big Bear that were "cleaned" and making the management company large returns, plus cleaning fees that had floors sticky with beer, missing fire extinguishers, missing table clothes, etc and trash on the doorstep in the form of broken kitchen chairs.

There are over 10,000 people a day turning 65, and that will continue for the next several years, making Baby Boomers a huge segment of the real estate market.

I don't think if you look only at the net migration that you can know if the population is growing without considering the Birth and Death Rate over the years.For instance, if a city has 1 Million incoming and 1.1 Million outgoing, giving you a net migration out of 100k, BUT because there are 8 million residents and there were 200k babies born in that particular year, with 50k deaths, you add all of this up and you get a net population GROWTH of 50k.HOWEVER, this doesn't even paint the whole picture either.From the 1.1 Million outgoing, most of them were renters in over crowded apts with roommates, and many of the roommates were not replaced but simply the remaining roommates decided to want more space, etc.BASICALLY..... it gets complicated.
