Where I live, in or around metro area, apartment units or townhouses seem to be more affordable options (my loan limits cannot afford majority of SFR or small multi in metro area) and I was wondering if apartment units are good for AirBnB as long as the number works and HOA allows AirBnBing?

I know many people who are looking to invest in TX, I’m sure their are great affordable markets in your state, there are even some up here on the east coast where things are quite expensive. 

Also does anyone have any good recommendations on affordable glass in the Denver area?

When they took the loan out, regardless of what the rate was, it was an affordable rate to them, per the underwriting guidelines at the time of origination of the loan.

I would start with something smaller than you can safely afford.

Entire houses for rent are rare and barely affordable for most of the tenant pool in New Britain.
