Since the LLC is a disregarded entity, the income and expenses of the LLC flow through to your personal tax return (Form 1040) on Schedule C, so you don’t need to report the draw itself as income—it’s already accounted for in the LLC's overall profit.For tax purposes, there’s no additional tax consequence for taking an owner's draw because the IRS treats the LLC's income as your income.
