How do I find wholesalers to work with in New Jersey?

Keith Furtado

There's a lot of information on how to find cash buyers as a wholesaler, but what about how to find wholesalers in markets that I'm looking at investing in?

For context, I'm from Middlesex county but for SFH flips in Mercer, Camden, and Burlington County around the Philly and Trenton area. I will join SJREIA and other irl networking groups to meet wholesalers but in terms of meeting them online, how should I go about that?

New Jersey has some of the worst wholesalers by a long mile. Never close on their ARV and grossly out of touch with reality on their repair estimates. Right now, the buy-in is so high in NJ, they are locking up deals at prices that aren't sustainable and chasing spreads that are way too big. I have a list of them, but they all suck.
