Hi Elena, I currently own a STR in York, Me.  

I currently have two VA loans and looking to use my VA entitlements again in the future but have a question: What happens to my entitlements if I refinance out of the first VA loan, apply for a one time restoration of benefits while keeping the second home on the VA loan?

I am not invested in New York and will never be. 

Also I heard New York Corporations are getting hit with a tax hike, and if they migrate to north jersey while market is hot, maybe I can sell the property for a little more right now, but either way need to figure out how to incentivize tenants to leave. 

I've been a truck driver for 21 years and my wife is head of acquisitions for Habitat for Humanity restores.

As far as big changes coming due to the Panthers, I'm really not sure but regardless Rock Hill has definitely seen growth in the past several years.I'm actually looking to wholesale in the York County/Rock Hill area, so feel free to reach out! 

I thought with so many people moving to the area, I may find someone from California or New York who would buy now and wait a few months to move. 

Does anyone have any experience working with the Heritage Home Loan program offered through the Cleveland Restoration Society? 

Remodels or restore needed homes tend to go so severely less than market value ( sometimes).

small market that I thought was relatively unscathed by the madness happening all over the country but turns out people are even finding the teeny tiny towns in upstate New York... mind you my numbers include 4.43% in City, County and School taxes so things don't really cash flow easily around here.
