After news broke about the new Panthers training facility and event venue coming to Rock Hill, my partner and I decided to dig in an investigate the area.  Any locals have some insight, do you expect this development to bring a lot of business to the area? Looking to network with an investor focused agent and any wholesalers in the area.  We are open to buying and want to get some direction on areas to target.
