I offered to pay 60k we agreed on plus all closing expenses and have my lawyer handle all titling and transfers OR i would pay him the 62k and he would be responsible for his own.

Such as no title insurance or no lease?

Or does title just transfer and then the buyer is responsible for the payments?

As the title alluded to;What Are 5 Things You've Appreciated That a PM Company Has Done (Policies/Best Practices/Warm Fuzzy Feelings etc...)?

If you ask your title company they may have a company they work with. 

Or in this cause would I have to buy the property and resell the title with a whole salers mindset.Thanks!
