Someone here on BP turned me onto this so I thought I'd share.I am not a fan of sitting down reading a book, but I can listen well :) Youtube has many popular book that are either the audio book version or they have rigged some sort of text reader to read it.

They just broke ground in NYC upper east side for a 24 story luxury version.
