Hi everyone,

My name is RaeAnna. I am just getting started in real estate. My fiancé, Nick, and I always planned on owning a few rental properties for extra income on top of our full time job salaries, but after a few months of reading books and listening to the bigger pockets podcast, we realized that real estate is something we want to do full time.

Our short term goal is to invest in several small rental properties such as single family homes and duplex in Wisconsin. We plan to buy our first property by June 2018, so we will be using the next year to continue to educate ourselves, analyze deals, and make some offers.

Our long term goal is to turn our rental property investments into a business so that we no longer need to work our W-2 jobs.

So far, I've been reading a lot of books (Rich Dad, Poor Dad, anyone?), attending BP webinars (thanks Brandon!), listening to the BP podcast, and analyzing a few deals sent to me by my real estate agent. I'm excited to learn more and meet new people so don't be afraid to reach out!
