I know the main agreements when doing a lease option assignment are the lease and the option to buy contracts along with the assignment agreement or release agreement My question is once the end buyer decides to buy with the original seller will they need a new purchase and sale agreement or will the original option to buy agreement suffice ?

How does that work , some people use a release of interest contract so will I use the 3% fee for release of interest and not use the "option consideration" verbiage?
