If you're not interested in women, no judgment here, but I suspect when all is said and done the same financial realities are going to be completely true about gay people -- overwhelmingly, long-term couples that fight to stay together and build their financial future together are the only ones that have a chance to make it.

Don't rush but take action when the numbers work.

Pick what you love and use the BP resources to learn as much as you can but don't forget to take action when it makes sense.

Meaning that the multifamily must go into my personal name.If I quitclaim the property to the LLC after closing escrow on a commercial loan, I have heard such action could trigger a “due on sale” clause whereby my total loan amount could become due and/or I could be required to pay a prepayment penalty.Without the LLC, my tax structure is less favorable and I am exposed to personal liability.Any guidance on this situation?

I don't know that I personally would attempt this action though, but as long as you can sleep at night.

BP has been game changer with opening me to lanes of investing I never even would have thought of and the different ways to live financially free.

Since you want us to give you an action plan and this is what I would do, if I were given the money.I don't care what their strategy is,  I am their CEO, we sat down and they trust me with their money.
