Allow me to introduce myself,

Hello Bigger Pockets forum!

I am a senior in high school and a burgeoning rental property investor from Minnesota. I've been working since the day I turned 14, and I currently work for a law firm and a financial adviser. While I don't have a lot of concrete achievements I can point to (due to only being 17) I scored a 32 on the ACT, and have been able to refine my networking abilities through myriad professional development events in my community over the last two years.

I've been reading and consuming as much as I can from Bigger Pockets for years. Now that I'm close to beginning my career I figured I'd be well served by a good introduction. I'm a senior in high school with an intense passion for economics and finance. I've always been very good with math and once I started learning about the nuances of finance I haven't stopped. My short-term goal is to be closing on my third property before I close on my business/finance degree.

I intend to move out-of-state towards a warmer climate for college in order to have less weather-related maintenance on my properties. I'm currently chewing on the ideas of resettling in Waco, Phoenix, New Orleans, Denver, Boulder, Fort Myers, or greater Southern California locations. If you have any insight into these markets or would be interested in getting to know me better, I strive to connect with as many people as possible. Thank you to all the amazing members of this community for everything you guys have contributed so far, I eagerly await meeting more of you!

Congrats on getting started so young, you're on the path to success! I'd recommend visiting each city and living where you like best. If you don't like where you live whats the point.. You'll be successful in any one of those cities as long as you put in the work.
