So I am looking into investing in a multi-family property in Texas and I am looking at both the Dallas metro area and Houston markets. 

Normally topics that need to be covered, but I don't always see covered other places....water rights, PIDs, farm and ranch, etc.My board in Dallas and the one next door in Arlington also do classes and I think most if not all I have taken were pretty nice.

I'll definitely look into the surrounding areas of Dallas.

Nashville TN and Dallas TX are the 2 main cities I am looking at right now.

I wanted to see if anyone has a good contact for legal advice on an unincorporated residential property outside of the Dallas area. 

I’m drawn to Texas in general, and since I’m moving every 2-3 years I’m not dead set on buying where I’m living, I’ve heard there’s opportunity in the suburbs of Houston and Dallas/Fort Worth  as well 

All this being said I’m not looking for handouts I’d gladly love to meet someone in the Dallas area that’s doing great and discuss and talk about real estate and all I can offer is potentially washing and cleaning your vehicle sounds cheesy but I work as a crane operator for power lines and trying to hopefully one day in the next few years be able to get out of this and pursue real estate full time I’m a fast learner and have a burning passion for helping people achieve success along with my own.
