My parnter provided all the leases rent roll and expenses in a very organized folder that was provided by the seller.

There are very inexpensive options of software that will do it and keep it well organized. z inspector is a good one. 

Not to mention staff who have workers who will openly verbalize their blatant pro-landlord opinions while ironically being empoyed in a rent stabilization organization.

I use a CRM to stay organized with everything too but not all systems are "systems".
