Also it is pretty underutilized as I rarely find or talk to anyone who looks at it.I have used only post cards with modest success because this market is a bit like the foreclosure market; head in the sand, everything will be fine type of homeowners.

Yes, I said it and I can prove it.See everyone else slows down, but TRUE investors are finding more deals now because of weather, circumstances, jobs, foreclosures and much more.See when I have been trying to reach a certain homeowner and it is the day before the 1st, guess what that homeowner is now home and ready to speak with me.
