With Pittsburgh being the largest city in Appalachia it has a lot of same characteristics you see in West Virginia, western VA, SE Ohio, and eastern Kentucky where the hills/valleys/rivers/creeks all create natural barriers to travel.

Me and my fiance are traveling to Fort Lauderdale on the 16th - 26th of September this fall to meet up with fellow investors, realtors and property managers in the Plantation and Sunrise area.We're looking for a condo or single family house priced at 100-130 k.

So I am from Ohio but have I have lived in Las Vegas for three years now, traveling back-and-forth from both.I recently started to 90 a challenge from BiggerPockets and I’ve been looking for a property that my only concern is where I currently live I don’t think it’s a good area for a first time invested being its properties are expensive but Ohio is the opposite of that cheap room more affordable multi family homes.Which should state should I start out with Las Vegas has raiders coming which has raised so much value to the city area and I want to capitalize off the team arrival.

Question:  I recently quit my job and am thinking to take some time off, a year or so, to recharge and travel. 

Leaving things and habits behind me to be a better husband, father and bussiness man.Does anyone have any advice from past experiences?

I am currently looking a potential deals of 15 to 20 units and half of the units are habitable and or occupied.

I’m in Woonsocket but I’m ok with traveling anywhere in RI.

We are both looking to leave the rat race which will allow us more time to travel and spend time with friends and family.

It’s only $3, but still comes off my bottom line, so I don’t want it to become a habit.
