Looking for someone to shadow

I'd like to shadow a flipper or someone who's on the end of a wholesaling deal in RI. I'm finally taking my first steps into REI but I'm not sure of what a good deal would physically look like. If someone wouldn't mind a curious mind walking through with them please let me know! I'm in Woonsocket but I'm ok with traveling anywhere in RI. Thanks in advance!
