Richard honestly I think you have a very tough road ahead of you with those numbers.You have 250k in it.

Fortunately the yield should be worth the extra legwork.The taxation of foreign income may become a slightly sore point with me, but I guess we have to pay someone to ignore the potholes in the roads!

But when the rubber meets the road, your team isn't delivering.  

Some REIAs even have road trips that show case their member's properties.

I'm always up for a road trip!

I think it's always a good idea to have a good property manager in your back pocket just in case you need one, or are planning on getting one down the road.

We used a pressure boosting pump because we were far from the road and they kept saying our pressure was fine it was the distance but it wasn't and eventually we found a leak and ran a new line, that could be a reason for a pump but not the tank.The other option and my dad did this but it isn't exactly legal.

When we replace the carpet down the road we will put in vinyl flooring rather than carpet.
