Hello BiggerPockets Community,My partner and I buy and hold rental properties, primarily on the South Shore. 

There is a group in the south bay that I currently with for other instruments, IRA Services.  

I get the downsides for lots of folks, but I ah pursuing this right now (in the South Bay) and feeling good about things.

Could land something just south of 200k and probably double your cashflow expectation.

And what happens if things start to go south and take a loss?

Good morning everyone, it's Brandon here from South Florida.I'm a First time home buyer / investor.

However, before I just go and buy my first property, I need to figure out the best business structure for my company.I currently live in Arizona, but my plan, if all goes well, is to move to South Carolina in a year. 

My thoughts are that maybe I could find something in south Crestwood or the decent parts of Avondale, but the market prices seem to disagree with my benchmarks so far.
