Non-warrantable condos can be financed in the unconventional world even if it's 100% investor owned so long as but single investor owns more more that 10% of total units.

@Loic Billiau if you own single family residential and after 5 years, you made 10% return, then I would consider that doing well.

Just a list will be worth less than something you add value to.Check to make sure you have the legal rights to distribute the data in the product you bought.

Seller has not had to pay taxes in years since it’s currently zoned as AG1.The property has been Pre-Approved Rezoning to Allow for Sub-Dividing and Building 2-4 Homes.There is currently a single family home on the property there now, built in the 1950s, but will have to be torn down.
