Hi All, I'm working on building a bigger portfolio of rental properties and finding investment money for more and bigger flips, rentals, and more.  

I currently own 1 rental property and have bought and sold 3 others in the past 3 years.  I just completed my first two flips in this past year.  I flipped and personally purchased the house across the street from the one I've been in and then sold my home off-market. It made my wife a little anxious (crazy), but It's been an exciting summer :-)

I'd love to connect with other like-minded people and am excited to learn more about putting together bigger deals.
