I wonder if anyone else is in my situation: my properties are in areas that appeal to a demographic that tend to have short tenures -young professionals in their 20's.It has been my experience that usually within 2 or 3 years young professionals will have a reason to leave 2-bedroom apartments: marriage, relocation or baby.I definitely do things that keep my tenants happy.
