I wonder if anyone else is in my situation: my properties are in areas that appeal to a demographic that tend to have short tenures -young professionals in their 20's.It has been my experience that usually within 2 or 3 years young professionals will have a reason to leave 2-bedroom apartments: marriage, relocation or baby.I definitely do things that keep my tenants happy.

For example, had some people who were relocating from FL - I'm not going to travel that far to check.

Renters that can afford to pay $1,700 to $1,800 are typically upwardly mobile renters that can afford to buy and will eventually buy or get relocated for work.
