San Diego multi family

I'm looking to relocate to San Diego around April 2017. This could be a great opportunity for my first investment with house hacking. Looking to find some great deals on multi-family in the area? Any ideas where to look while living on the east clase?

Hi @DeMarrius Payne , San Diego is a beautiful place to relocate to, I'm sure you will love it! I am opposite to @Account Closed and am more keen to central/south county. As a native I have watched many neighborhoods gentrify in the past 15 years and property owners greatly benefit. Right now prices are a bit high, but if you are patient and are flexible, it is possible to get a good deal! Feel free to reach out to me and I would love to help you get an idea of what the San Diego multi-family market is all about. I work at a firm that specializes in multi-family in San Diego county and has been doing so for the past 34 years. Good luck!

Tiffany
