Hi @Peter Gonzalez welcome to BP, if you have not already, I highly recommend the PodCasts.....I have started listening, and you will find invaluable information there.

Fairly small land lease community owners are paying exorbitant fines when they get caught and they are getting caught.When I started this thread it was to listen to what people are doing in the "trouble areas" where guidance is very weak or non existent.

I've found the podcast and it's quickly becoming my daily listen while driving.

BP also has it's own podcast in itunes for you to listen to as well.
