@Naillah Valor Here in Chicago, tenants are now required to have more notice due to Covid.

It is my understanding that you only need to give them the appropriate amount of notice to vacate the property. 

I purchased the flooring I liked better aesthetically between the two I picked out and once I got home I noticed the planks do not have a foam padding on the bottoms like the other one did.

If you want to be cautious you can post notice you are going to enter a day or two in advance (check local requirements) and then enter. 

I noticed a couple weeks later the rent sign was still up so I asked him what price he'd be open to selling the house, we went back and forth and finally agreed to seller financing at a reasonable price.

My PM sent the 30 day notice on June 30th.

Her HR department could have internally recategorized her as "on-call / part time" 5 months ago, without her noticing or being aware (the notice is in her spam folder).

The prices are still too high right now but I am noticing that some prices are slowly starting to go down so it will be interesting to see how the market is come the fall.

For example, I noticed the fences of the local houses had always looked terrible and had been tortured by the Texas summer sun.

If their violation doesn't interfere with your life or business, leave them alone.As for your rent rate, you may have noticed rents are going up across the country.
