@Stephen Lassiter because my examples say that they get 100% of the profits until reaching 10% by nature it would be cumulative because ultimately you have to look back at the cash flows over the entire term of the investment including the exit proceeds.

Sounds like tenant B was actually first to apply, so unless you are using the "beauty pageant" approach (taking the one that looks best) then you should process tenant B and see if they pass or not.
