@Stephen Lassiter because my examples say that they get 100% of the profits until reaching 10% by nature it would be cumulative because ultimately you have to look back at the cash flows over the entire term of the investment including the exit proceeds.

Also really looking for someone who understands the nature of investing and the perspective of an investor when investigating a potential deal, and also has a better understanding of why I may (or may not) go for or go through with a deal.Any and all help is appreciated!
