Hey there @Javian Moorman - Did you ever end up finding a quality and cost-effective countertop contractor in Chicago?

Personally I don’t like having a lot of consumer debt because the loans I have on my investment portfolio are substantial enough without having other monthly payments.

At first, we only signed a 3-month lease with them until they figured out the next steps, but now they are needing to extend a full 12 months (approved by insurance). 

Is lowest monthly payment your objective?

My eta is to have a team within 6 months and purchase my first property within a year.

She’d probably want to spend 6 months and a day in CO.

TX insurance cost was getting really high and not a fan of the debt structure although ODC did things to manage the risk associated with the debt.
