Can't Get In Contact With Owner

Ken Allah
Posted

There's here where I'm at in Hampton Roads, Virginia. The owners are in NYC. I went to there home in NYC last year in June. I spoke with the husband and his daughter. This is an elderly Asian couple and the daughter did most of the talking/interpreting. The conversation went well. He even asked him much I wanted to buy the property for. I told him I couldn't give fair price sight unseen and asked if we could coordinate with their property manager to view the property. He told me yes and his daughter gave me her number and email. It's been radio silence since talking to them. They're 5 years in back taxes, can lose it to the city, and I think they have a squatter. This person told me they were doing a lease option with the owner to gain ownership from paying the back taxes. It didn't make sense seeing how I texted and emailed the daughter that I would pay 8x that due to the current condition of the property. No one is going to turn down making back what they spent on the property to turn it over to someone not related basically for free. What method's can I use to get them back in conversations with me without going back to NYC?

It's been 14 months? I'm sure they moved on to someone else by now. If they wanted to work with you, they would have responded by now.
