I would mail her the 10 day letter (or whatever is your states protocol) when you can to put the pressure on.

For us, we have to mail or serve in person and 30 day notice to comply or leave if they are breaking the lease.

Hey @Andre CainCongrats on picking up that many cards to mail out, that is a huge project, but can pull in some deals!

For marketing I still think direct mail and cold calling are best.
