Based on the renderings you shared, it looks like there are a number of major elevation changes planned, which would all have significant engineering required.Assume at some point Greene County enacts a short-term rental ordinance, and at that time, properties occupancy is based on legal bedroom count, like it is in many counties. 

It's been such a blessing and I'm happy to share the info. 

Well i guess whther i have kids or not nobody wants to share a lot with crazy ones who intend to squat or destroy the property.

I would suggest getting a mentor or reaching out to someone who has experience and is willing to share that.
