They may be financially independent/retired within 7 years, but unless you own the properties yourself, you'll probably still be working that job or another 9-5.FREE MBA programs are EXTREMELY hard to come by.

If you look out in the suburbs of Independence, Raytown, South Kansas City and Grandview, you'll find less rentals, If you're working with a turn key company, make sure you're working with one that places the tenant befoe you close.
