One of the ladies with in one of my REIs that is doing very well with MH.

I found this deal because I heard an elderly lady passed away down my street, and heard that her relatives (the executor of the estate) were staying there.

The lady was calling me several times per day giving me updates and trying to arrange an inspection with the tenants so I could get in and see it.

Let's say you set up an LLC and put your 50 unit complex in the LLC, and you think you have everything protected like all the books taught you to do and an old lady came by your complex to rent a unit and triple and fell on a piece of root sticking out of the ground, and she sue you and you turn over your insurance info because that is what you have insurance for to protect you.

One lady raised her hand and said that since some people have watches with alarms on them (this was 1990 so no cell phones yet!)

That is it ladies I did not want to do this to you @Brie Schmidt and @Jennifer Lee but I believe the Big Kahuna's wife is a broker and they have sold many of their properties  that being @Jay HinrichsOf course it is a case by case basis but I have sold and bought many of my own properties while collecting commission  and now that it I am in Nevada it is legal also 

This is a lady that is about 65 that is selling her deceased mothers property so she probably doesn't want to hear about someone gutting it and remodeling.

You are one busy lady.

Which will perform and be a lot healthier that the average house.
