I don't have any experience currently. Investing is something that I've always wanted to do, because I believe it will help me to eventually attain passive income. I do believe in having multiple streams of income, but haven't been moving on it.

Currently, I am in a mastery real estate course and have set up my business foundation. I work full time, in school part time, and Mom all the time. So, I'm looking for ways to increase my knowledge and confidence in moving forward, in anytime I have to do so, until I can obtain time freedom from work to do more with real estate. Currently the plan is to wholesale and attempt to quickly move to rehabs.

Nice to meet you all in advance. I am normally very reserved when it comes to putting my picture, my real name, or anything about my life online. So, I am very much out of my comfort zone. Thanks to Grant Cardone and some great coaching. So, hello world.

Leila, welcome to BP! I'm just as new as you are but I recently saw an article that BP emailed me that was specific for new/aspiring wholesalers. Check out the link below and best of wishes for you on your path to financial freedom!
